Damaged or Defective Items
If your item was damaged during shipment or arrived with a manufacturer defect, you are eligible for a return or replacement. To process your request, we require the following:

Email our support team at support@ngigoods.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the issue

Clear images showing the damage or defect, including:
- The affected area(s)
- The packaging (if applicable)

Approval Process
Once we review the information and verify the defect or damage, we will approve your return or replacement and provide detailed instructions for the next steps.

Return Shipping
- If approved, return shipping costs for defective or damaged items will be covered by us.
- In some cases, we may waive the need to send the item back.
General Return Eligibility
For non-defective items, please refer to our general return policy:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds & Processing Time
- Approved refunds for defective or damaged items will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
